Your first paid Folioframe project of $349 or more includes one additional Complete Character Design at no extra charge: a full-body image, portrait and focused Visual Bible. It includes 2 revision rounds with a package, or 1 with a standalone order. This complimentary design is not counted in package comparison totals.

Your world remains yours.

You keep full ownership of your manuscript and the approved final work we create for you. Any third-party asset restriction is identified before production and written into the quote.

FOLIOFRAME STUDIO

Pricing notes

Each package deliverable includes 2 revision rounds. Standalone services, non-package custom work and monthly services include 1 round per deliverable. Existing accepted quotes keep their agreed terms.
A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback within the approved direction. Extra rounds and changes of direction are agreed before any additional charge.
A private custom IP Space and its hosting are included. This workspace is not a public IP Website; public website design is included only where listed.
Focused Marketing Brain, Visual Bible, Audio Bible or Motion Bible cover the commissioned work only; they are not a separately priced Complete IP Canon Design.
Comparison totals add the listed standalone services once, without double-counting included Canon documents, complimentary work or monthly fees. Discounts are rounded to one decimal place; base-configuration comparisons apply only to the listed scope.
IP Starter uses a $399 studio estimate of its focused creative scope, not a previous price or an exact sum of individually sold products. Its percentage compares the $349 package price with that estimate; the complimentary first-order gift is excluded.
Work is quoted to the written scope. New direction after approval is a new scope.
Advertising spend, platform fees, domains, paid plugins and new third-party subscriptions are separate.
We commit to the agreed creative work and schedule. Reach, sales and adaptation opportunities are not guaranteed.

FOLIOFRAME STUDIO

Additional fees & payment

All amounts are in USD. We confirm any extra work, fees and payment milestones in writing before starting. These rules apply to new orders; previously accepted quotes keep their agreed terms.

Timing & revisions

Rush production · +25% / +50%: Subject to availability: shortening the agreed normal production time by about one-third adds 25% to the affected work; shortening it by half or more adds 50%. Only one rush rate applies. Client feedback time and external reviews are excluded from production time.
Extra revision · 20%, minimum $25: Within the approved direction: 20% of the affected service’s published base price, minimum $25 per item per round—not the entire package price. Related files within one service count as one item. For variable-price or package-only work, we agree a fixed amount first. One round is one consolidated feedback list on a submitted version, not each message.
Production errors · corrected free: Errors against the approved manuscript, text or technical specifications are corrected free and do not use your included revision rounds. A new subjective creative direction is not a production error.
New direction or deliverables · scoped separately: Replacing an approved direction or adding characters, locations, shots or web pages is new production scope, not an extra revision. We quote it before work begins.

When you pay

Orders under $500 · 100% upfront: After the written scope is accepted, payment in full is due before production begins.
One-time orders of $500 or more · 50% / 50%: For non-monthly orders, unless an alternative website milestone plan is agreed in writing: 50% to start after scope approval; the remaining 50% after approval of the final preview and before release of the usable, unwatermarked final files. The studio sends stage-specific invoices or secure payment links and confirms payments manually; previews remain available for review before the balance is due.
Larger websites · optional 30% / 40% / 30%: For larger or interactive websites, we can agree an alternative milestone plan: 30% to start, 40% after approval of the design and testable build, and 30% after final acceptance, before handoff. Each milestone’s deliverables and acceptance criteria are recorded in the quote.
Monthly services · prepaid each month: Each month is paid before that month’s work starts. Account setup and monthly service are billed separately. Renewal, pause and cancellation arrangements are agreed in writing; automatic renewal is not assumed.

Languages & localization

Chinese or English manuscripts · no automatic surcharge: The manuscript’s language alone does not add a fee. Extra translation, terminology checks or native-language review are quoted by workload. Other languages require a capability and scope review before we accept the commission.
An extra copy or subtitle language · from 20%, minimum $25: For one additional language of completed short copy or subtitles, pricing starts at 20% of the affected text work, minimum $25; we confirm quantity, word count and the final fee first. Full-site localization and long translations are quoted separately. New voiceover, lip sync or re-rendered text graphics are additional production.

Reading scope & outside costs

Long manuscripts or multiple books · scope first: We confirm reading scope, book count and setting complexity before production; manuscript processing is not unlimited. An additional independent IP Canon uses the relevant current service price, without charging twice for the same agreed setting work.
Third-party costs · approved in advance: Domains, licensed fonts or assets, paid plugins, hosting upgrades, advertising and platform subscriptions are identified in advance and incurred only after your approval. They are separate from the included private IP Space hosting.
