Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details and files you send Folioframe Studio through this website.

What we collect

The details in the request form (email, optional name, book title, genre, goals, style preferences, description, and links), any files you upload, your decisions and comments on your project page, and the date and version of the permissions you gave. We keep a short activity log for each project.

Accounts

If you create an account, we store your email, optional name, preferred language, and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). Sign-in sessions are kept in a secure cookie and expire after 30 days.

How we use it

Only to prepare your quote, produce the work you order, communicate with you about it, give you access to your files, and keep a record of what you approved. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Third-party production tools

We combine human planning, editing, and review with AI-assisted production tools, including third-party image, video, and audio services. With the permission you give on the request form, we send them selected text, descriptions, and reference images from your project. Those providers process that data on our behalf and may store it under their own terms. We send only what a task needs. You can ask us to stop before production begins.

Storage and access

Files are kept in private storage. They can be opened only through your private project link, your linked account, or by the studio when signed in, using download links that expire after an hour. Anyone who has your project link can view the project, so keep it private. We can issue a new link and disable the old one at any time.

Publishing

We never post your materials or the work we make for you, including in our portfolio, without your written permission.

Deleting your data

Contact the studio from the email address on your request or account and we will delete your project, account, and files, except records we must keep for accounting.
